Other Important Items

The larger number of insurance plans often makes it difficult to determine the exact amount of insurance coverage. It is not unusual, after the patient and insurance company have paid, for there to be either a balance or a credit. If there is a balance, you are responsible for the full amount. If there is a credit, you will have the option of a refund or applying it to future services.

Some treatments may necessitate special financial arrangements. Please feel free, at any time, to discuss your concerns with our Business Coordinator.
